According to Ian Rapoport, the Patriots claimed OLB Yannick Ngakoue off of waivers from the Ravens on Friday.  Baltimore cut loose Ngakoue yesterday and reportedly wanted to re-sign him to their practice squad if he passed through waivers unclaimed.
