The 17-year-old center Yegor Surin, chosen 22nd overall, spent much of last season with Loko Yaroslavl of the MHL, though he did play three games with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the KHL. Reports: Predators Sign Juuse Saros to 8-year, $7.74 million AAV Extension
Per reports from Elliotte Friedman and Chris Johnston, the Nashville Predators have signed goaltender Juuse Saros to a 8-year extension – at $7.74 million per year. The deal cannot become official until Monday (July 1st) – the start of the new league year, but reportedly the deal with the young netminder is done and will take effect starting in the 2025-26 season.
