Not even Tennessee legend Peyton Manning can steal the spotlight from Dolly Parton at Neyland Stadium this Saturday.
Manning helped Parton walk onto the field to address the crowd at Neyland Stadium. She then sang “Rocky Top” with the crowd behind her.
Unsurprisingly, Parton received a standing ovation from the fans in Knoxville. She also started trending on social media.
“Peyton and Dolly! My little Tennessee heart can’t take it,” one fan said.
Another fan wrote, “Rocky Top! Sing it, Dolly!”

Unfortunately for Tennessee, Parton’s presence alone won’t lift the program to an upset win over Georgia.
Parton, an 11-time Grammy Award winner, will be the talk of the football world once again in a few days. That’s because she’s performing the halftime show for the Cowboys-Commanders game on Thanksgiving Day.
Obviously, Parton is no stranger to the Lone Star State. Earlier this year, she spent time at The Star in Frisco to co-host the Academy of Country Music Awards.
