A new name to know.
A new name has emerged in the transfer portal as an option for the Tennessee Volunteers. Duke Miles, a 6-2 veteran senior guard who is transferring from Oklahoma, will reportedly visit Tennessee. He will also take a look at Texas A&M, USC and Baylor, according to Tobias Bass.

Tennessee still has an obvious need at shooting guard with Jahmai Mashack, Jordan Gainey and Chaz Lanier exiting the program. The Volunteers landed a big-time prospect on Sunday night with five-star Nate Ament, who gives Rick Barnes a ton of versatility and length as an answer at small or power forward.
Barnes has already replaced Zakai Zeigler with Ja’Kobi Gillespie out of Maryland, now he’s focused on more shooting to surround Gillespie and Ament. Tennessee has been connected to Rodney Rice, and now Duke Miles.
Miles averaged 17.5 points per game as a junior in his lone season with High Point. He started his career at Troy, where he played for three seasons. Miles averaged 9.4 points per game in his only season with Oklahoma, playing 24.6 minutes per game. Playing at the SEC level for the first time, he shot 43 percent from three point range. That’s exactly what Tennessee is looking for to round out their offseason additions.
Miles is originally out of Montgomery, Alabama.
