It’s senior day in Knoxville.
It’s Senior Day in Knoxville, with UTEP serving as the opponent. The Tennessee Volunteers are looking to win in style this afternoon, trying to get any style points they can over the next two weeks to impress the College Football Playoff committee. It will be interesting to see how Josh Heupel handles that today.
UTEP is coached by Scotty Walden, who gave Tennessee fits a year ago in Neyland Stadium. Walden is just 2-8 in year one at UTEP, however. The Miners lost to Nebraska 40-7 to open the season, which was their only other P4 opponent this year.
