Tennessee’s fan base knows how to kick Alabama while its down, that’s for sure.
During the second half of this Saturday’s basketball game between Alabama and Tennessee, the crowd at Thompson-Boling Arena started chanting “Where’s Nick Saban.”
The Volunteers had a 84-59 lead over the Crimson Tide when this chant broke out.
It might not be the most creative chant in the world, but it’s effective. After all, Alabama fans are still trying to process Nick Saban’s retirement.

It’s no secret Tennessee fans are happy that Saban retired. He only lost to the Volunteers once during his 17-year run with the Crimson Tide.
Tennessee’s only win against Saban came in 2022. Former Volunteers quarterback Hendon Hooker had 385 passing yards and five touchdowns in a 52-49 win.
If Tennessee defeats Alabama on the gridiron next season, the fans in Knoxville might just break out the “Where’s Nick Saban” chant again.
