What a crew.
Knoxville is simply the place to be right now, and Sunday night provided even more evidence. Morgan Wallen took over Neyland Stadium over the weekend, playing two shows in the legendary venue.
His entrances to the stage have become instant viral moments, as he’s walked out with the likes of Lane Kiffin, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, and so many others. On Friday he walked out with members of the Tennessee baseball National Championship team, along with Tony Vitello.
On Sunday he walked out with Tennessee football royalty — Peyton Manning, Josh Heupel, Nico Iamaleava and Bru McCoy. Peyton was even decked out in full uniform, complete with his helmet from the 1997 season.

How’s that for a recruiting pitch?
Tennessee outside linebackers and special teams coach Mike Ekeler posted his view from the stands. “You don’t want to be a VOL – check your pulse,” Ekeler said.

Good for all parties involved here. Wallen promised something was in the works after Tennessee’s baseball National Championship, and Danny White and the rest of the Tennessee administration made it happen just a few short months later.
What a time to be a Vol.
