What a game we got down in Nashville, Tennessee.
For the first time in program history, the Vanderbilt Commodores not only took down their first AP Top 5 opponent — but also the No. 1 team in the country with their 40-35 defeat of Alabama.
Vandy was previously 0-60 vs. teams ranked that high. But an awesome performance led by senior quarterback Diego Pavia has toppled the top team in the land.
