It’s not every Saturday that you see an upset like this.
Following Vanderbilt’s stunning 40-35 victory over the top-ranked Crimson Tide tonight, fans in Nashville got the party started early by storming the field and even taking down one of the goal posts.

Upsets like these are what make college football what it is and you can just tell how much this means to the students and all of supporters who Anchor Down.
“The greatest sport on earth,” another user replied.
“The bachelorettes have broken contain,” a fan joked.
“Actual one time im ok with them storming the field,” another person said.
“UNBELIEVABLE UPSET HAHAHAHAHA STAY AMAZING COLLEGE FOOTBALL.”
Vanderbilt played a nearly flawless game as they committed no turnovers, allowed no sacks, and had quarterback Diego Pavia complete 80-percent of his passes. Alabama, by contrast, committed bad turnovers, dumb penalties and couldn’t seem to get the running back going despite dominating almighty Georgia just seven days prior.
It really doesn’t get much better than this as far as upsets go. This was the first time the Dores have beat Alabama since 1984 and the first time ever that they’ve beaten an AP Top 5 opponent.
Where do you rank this among the best CFB upsets you’ve seen?
