2025 NFL Draft order: What pick do the Titans currently hold?

The Titans lost a few spots with the win over the Texans but it was worth it

The Tennessee Titans held the second overall pick coming into week 12. They fell back to the sixth pick according to Tankathon after their win over the Houston Texans yesterday. Some fans are mad that they won because it dropped them down in the draft order. That is a dumb position to take. Wins for a young coaching staff and a young quarterback are more important than draft position.

The best thing that can happen for this organization going forward is success for the rest of the season. Ran Carthon and Chad Brinker have done a pretty good job drafting so far. If the season goes in the tank and Amy Adams-Strunk decides to blow the whole thing up, it will set everything back. She shouldn’t keep them if they aren’t good, but the early returns from Carthon and Brinker have been pretty good. They deserve more time.

Here is the draft order for teams that are currently not in the playoffs:

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars 2-9
  2. New York Giants 2-9
  3. Las Vegas Raiders 2-9
  4. New England Patriots 3-9
  5. Carolina Panthers 3-9
  6. Tennessee Titans 3-8
  7. New York Jets 3-8
  8. Cleveland Browns 3-8
  9. New Orleans Saints 4-7
  10. Cincinnati Bengals 4-7
  11. Dallas Cowboys 4-7
  12. Chicago Bears 4-7
  13. Indianapolis Colts 5-7
  14. Miami Dolphins 5-6
  15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 5-6
  16. Los Angeles Rams 5-6
  17. San Francisco 49ers 5-6
  18. Arizona Cardinals 6-5

The tiebreaker for teams with the same record is strength of schedule. The team with the weaker schedule gets the better pick.
