Aaron Rodgers absolutely loved what he saw from Titans QB Will Levis on Sunday when the rookie finally got his shot to start.
Appearing on Tuesday’s “Pat McAfee Show,” the four-time MVP lauded Levis’ arm talent and really liked how he responded after sitting in the green room for so long back in April.
“I’m happy for the kid, he dealt with a lot of s–t on draft day, didn’t he? He was there, showed up, didn’t get picked until the second round. Obviously, lost a lot of money. Got kinda kicked in the you-know-what from an ego standpoint. So, really happy for him,” Rodgers said.

“He threw some freakin’ rainbows,” Rodgers continued, speaking on Levis’ touchdowns. “The last one he threw was a hell of a throw. He rolled to his right and threw a rainbow across the field… it couldn’t have looked more beautiful… You couldn’t script it any better. You go out and throw four touchdowns when no one’s expecting anything from you, probably?”
It was about as impressive as a debut can be for a first-year quarterback. He’ll now attempt to keep it rolling on Thursday night against Mike Tomlin and the Steelers.
