NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — We are 12 weeks into the NFL season. Some teams are fading and some teams are rising. Which direction is your team headed?

🏈 TITAN UP all season long with the latest news and notes on the Tennessee Titans
32. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-9) – A real threat to pick first for third time in five years. If relegation was a thing, they would be headed to the UFL — that is, if the UFL wanted them.
31. New York Giants (2-9) – I don’t understand the uproar about the release of Danny Jones. 1. He got paid. 2. He is not good. 3. He proved it for years.
30. Las Vegas Raiders (2-9) – It’s a bad team with a horrific quarterback situation and a millionaire owner with the worst haircut money can buy. Other than that, their arrow is straight up!
29. New England Patriots (3-9) – Some are already calling for an end to the Jerod Mayo era after only 12 games. They didn’t have talent last year and they don’t have it this year. John Madden isn’t winning with this bunch.
28. New York Jets (3-8) – They’re the New Titans. They have not scored 30 points this season despite adding Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams.
27. Carolina Panthers (3-8) – Bryce Young will forever be too small, but it’s good to see him bouncing back. The Cats are 2-2 since he returned and he has five touchdowns and only three interceptions.
26. Tennessee Titans (3-8) – The Titans have scored 20 or more points three times this season. They are 3-0 in those games. They have a favorable schedule down the stretch, but they have not shown the ability to win back to back games since 2022.
25. Cleveland Browns (3-8) – Basically, the Browns can only be bothered to show up against the best teams.
24. New Orleans Saints (4-7) – The team has a 4-4 recod when Derek Carr plays and they are 0-3 when he does not.
23. Dallas Cowboys (4-7) – Classic undertaker by the Cowboys, who I pronounced dead last week.
22. Chicago Bears (4-7) – All that matters for the rest of the season is how Caleb Williams plays. There will be a new coaching staff next year and he should help them recruit some extremely qualified candidates.
21. Indianapolis Colts (5-7) – They are 11 for 28. That is all.
20. The Natti (4-7) – It’s hard to win when you give up 26.9 points per game.
19-16. The NFC West (5-6,6-5) – There are four teams separated by one game. Some of those teams are underachieving, some are overachieving and all are mediocre.
15. Tampa Bay Bucs (5-6) – The NFL is better with Baker Mayfield in it.
14. Atlanta Falcons (6-5) – Grady Jarrett leads the Falcons with 2.5 sacks. That ranks 119th in the NFL. What do you think their focus will be in the draft?
13. Miami Dolphins (5-6) – Yep, that high. Simply with Tua back, they beat all of the teams behind them. They have won three straight games and average almost 30 points a game since he returned.
12. Houston Texans (7-5) – They missed a 28-yard FG, two interceptions and gave up two pass plays over 60 yards. Yeah, that sounds like a good way to lose a game.
11. Washington Commanders (7-5) – Six of their seven wins have come against teams with at least seven losses. It’s a nice story in Washington, but maybe they are a little fraudulent.
10. Denver Broncos (7-5) – Four of their seven wins are against the NFC South. No, that does not bolster their resume.
9. Los Angeles Chargers (7-4) – They really missed JK Dobbins went he left the game (6 carries, 40 yards). Gus Edwards managed only 11 yards on nine carries. Dobbins is week-to-week with a knee injury.
8. Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3) – Saluki legend MyCole Pruitt only has two receptions this season and needs to be a bigger part of the game plan!
7. Baltimore Ravens (8-4) – They’re still electric, but giving up 24.5 points per game and ranked 24th overall on defense. I just have a feeling in the playoffs the defense will lead to their demise.
6. Green Bay Packers (8-3) – The NFC North is impossibly good this year.

5. Minnesota Vikings (9-2) – Sam Darnold will get paid this off-season. He will be someone’s starter next year with a longer term deal. He’s racked up 2,700 yards, 21 TD’s, but most importantly … he’s WINNING.
4. Philadelphia Eagles (9-2) – Saquan Barkley is on pace for over 2,100 yards this season. Walter Payton is my favorite player of all-time. He reminds me of Sweetness and that is the best compliment I can give him.
3. Kansas City Chiefs (10-1) – DeAndre Hopkins averages four catches for 47 yards a game since joining the team. That’s solid, but not the explosion I think everyone expected.
2. Buffalo Bills (9-2) – I’m glad to see Josh Allen finally willing to share! James Cook has 10 rushing TD’s this season.
1. Detroit Lions (10-1) – I hate to put the pressure on them, but if they don’t go to the Super Bowl, it is a disappointment this season.
