The Tennessee Titans are 2-4 and coming off back-to-back losses. But they may have to endure the next few games without the services of starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
According to ESPN NFL insiders Jeremy Fowler and Turron Davenport, Tannehill sustained a high ankle sprain in his right leg during Sunday’s game in London against the Baltimore Ravens. His availability for the next few weeks is now in question.
Fowler noted that while the Titans are heading into a bye week, he could still miss some time.
“#Titans QB Ryan Tannehill suffered a high right ankle sprain Sunday in London, sources told @TDavenport_NFL and me, putting his availability in the coming weeks into question. Titans have a bye, which helps. But he could miss time,” Fowler wrote on X.

It’s been a pretty rough season for Ryan Tannehill, who has completed 62-percent of his passes for 1,128 yards and two touchdowns with six interceptions. He’s on pace for the worst season of his tenure in Tennessee by far.
The Titans currently have two young options at quarterback in second-year Malik Willis and rookie Will Levis.
If Tannehill is set to miss as much time as Fowler is suggesting he might, either one of them could wind up suiting up in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons.
