“I think just stress levels are way down,” Levis said after day one of training camp.
Levis also said that he feels more comfortable . He added that he has been focusing on the mechanics of his game.
“Having the the games and reps that I did last year throughout the season, I was able to kind of just settle into this job and understand what it takes.,” Levis said. I’m harder on myself than I’d like to say a lot of people are. I understand that about myself.”
Levis said that being hard on himself can be helpful — but it could also be a drawback.
“There were times last year where that was a little negative for me, just with all the pressure and stress that I put on myself in certain situations,” Levis told News 2. “I’m able to use it in a more positive way this time around because of the confidence that I built.”
Levis has truly taken on a leadership role on the team. During this past off season, he planned a trip to Cabo San Lucas with the receivers to get more chemistry with the guys before camp.
“I’ve played with Matt Ryan. Will was doing the same thing Ice did,” Calvin Ridley said. “He’s ready to work.”

The Titans are back on the field for day 2 of training camp Thursday morning.
