Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is a man of his word.
For the start of “The Mike Vrabel Show” on Tuesday night, Vrabel showed up to studio with a tiger ears headband. It was his way of fulfilling a bet he made with the show’s producer, Ashley Farrell.
Farrell, who graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism, made a bet on the Cotton Bowl since Vrabel attended Ohio State.
Missouri ultimately defeated Ohio State last Friday night by a score of 14-3.
“Apparently, at some point in time last week, I made a wager with our amazing producer, Ashley Farrell,” Vrabel said. “Ohio State vs. Missouri. Unbeknownst to me, I forgot they even played. Apparently, Ohio State lost.”

Now that Vrabel has taken care of his bet with Farrell, he can focus solely on the Titans’ regular-season finale against the Jaguars.
Regardless of Sunday’s result, Vrabel will finish this season with his worst record as a head coach.
