The Tennessee Titans suffered through a miserable 3-14 campaign that prompted major changes in the organizational structure within the front office. Now, this new team, led by president Chad Brinker and general manager Mike Borgonzi will set out to retool their roster.
Along with Brinker and Borgonzi, the Titans added new assistant general manager Dave Ziegler and vice president/football adviser Reggie McKenzie to the staff. It was a complete overhaul aimed at building a consistent contender.
Armed with the No. 1 pick in the draft and roughly $50 million in cap space, the Titans have different ways to attack this rebuild. Of course, the first order of business is identifying their needs.
