A brand-new Tennessee Titans seven-round 2025 NFL mock draft
The 2025 NFL Draft is approximately two weeks away! The Tennessee Titans are expected to select Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall selection. That plan became even more evident after the team canceled its scheduled private workout with Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders.
General manager Mike Borgonzi will then shift attention to filling holes at wide receiver and EDGE. With the 2025 NFL Draft looming, we’ve completed another fresh predictive seven-round mock.
Round 1 (No. 1 overall): Cam Ward, QB, Miami
Ward will immediately add a playmaking element to the Titans’ offense that was sorely lacking last season. His ability to be an off-script magician should add a layer of excitement to Brian Callahan’s offense. Ward has seriously impressed the Titans throughout the pre-draft process.
Round 2 (No. 35 overall): James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
James Pearce Jr. has character concerns, which could see him slide out of the first round. Would the Titans roll the dice on his elite pass-rushing potential at No. 35? Pearce Jr. played college football locally for the Tennessee Volunteers, adding another layer of intrigue here. Alternatively, the Titans could look to trade down five-10 spots to recoup the third-round pick they currently lack.
Round 4 (No. 103 overall): Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State
If the Titans trade back from No. 35, I think they’ll target Washington State receiver Kyle Williams in the 60s or 70s. Either way, I expect the Titans to come away with Williams, who played with Ward at Washington State in 2023, and for offensive coordinator Nick Holz at UNLV in 2022.
Round 4 (No. 120 overall): Caleb Rogers, IOL, Texas Tech
The Titans need to target a mid-round guard capable of succeeding Kevin Zeitler in 2026. Texas Tech’s Caleb Rogers possesses five-position versatility. He’s previously played tackle, but most NFL scouts agree he’s a future starter at guard. Rogers was impressive at this year’s Senior Bowl.
Round 5 (No. 141 overall): Dont’e Thornton Jr., WR, Tennessee
The Titans are hosting Tennessee Volunteers wide receiver Dont’e Thornton Jr. on a pre-draft visit. Thornton Jr. ran a blazing-fast 4.30 at the NFL Combine. He’s technically raw, but size (6-5, 205) speed is present in bunches.
Round 5 (No. 167 overall): Caleb Ransaw, S, Tulane
Safety is a long-term need opposite Amani Hooker. Borgonzi signed veteran Xavier Woods in free agency, but he is a short-term solution. Tulane’s Caleb Ransaw is a physical defender who especially thrives when aligned near the line of scrimmage.
Round 6 (No. 178 overall): Jah Joyner, EDGE, Minnesota
Doubling down at EDGE is a necessity. Jah Joyner is a twitched-up edge rusher with room to expand his arsenal. Joyner recorded 12 sacks over his two previous seasons at Minnesota.
Round 6 (No. 188 overall): Isaiah Neyor, WR, Nebraska
It’s not outside the realm of possibility that the Titans draft two-to-three wide receivers. The Green Bay Packers nailed that concept recently and Titans president Chad Brinker was a part of that process. The Titans have shown some interest in Isaiah Neyor throughout the pre-draft process. Neyor is a big-bodied playmaker who averaged 13.4 yards per catch at Nebraska this past season.
