In any other draft, the Tennessee Titans would be in prime position to land their future franchise quarterback. For better or worse, in the NFL draft, quarterbacks are always selected at the top.
The 2025 NFL draft is no different. The Tennessee Titans have the No. 1 overall pick and need a quarterback. But many draft experts are debating the overall value with concerns surrounding top quarterback prospects Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders.
At this point, it’s still a mystery as to what the Titans will do with that pick, and they apparently haven’t even made up their minds on the quarterback prospects.
Head coach Brian Callahan spoke about the two quarterback prospects at the NFL combine.

“They’re both worthy of the conversation they’re in,” Callahan said. “They’re both good players and have both earned the right to be in the conversation.”
He did keep some cards close to his vest, stating, “As far as where I see them, where I stack them. That’s for me.”
Ward and Sanders are two of four players commonly linked to the Titans. Along with Abdul Carter and Travis Hunter, it would be a surprise if another player was called if the Titans keep that selection.
