The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts faced off at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday in Week 16 action.
It was an AFC South battle, and a Week 6 rematch that the Titans hoped would have a different outcome, but those hopes were dashed in the second quarter when Indianapolis began their string of scoring possessions. After scoring first and getting a takeaway in the first quarter, hopes were high that this game was going to be different. But then Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor took over and the Colts scored points on six straight possessions (only one score was a field goal).
The Titans attempted a comeback, but they didn’t score their second touchdown until there were just three minutes left in the third quarter. They would score two more times before the end of the game, converting two-point attempts in the process, but time ran out before they could even the score.
Let’s take a peek at the best and worst performers of the Titans’ loss to the Colts as graded by Pro Football Focus.
