A second name has surfaced in the Titans GM search
Dianna Russini has identified a second candidate the Tennessee Titans are interested in interviewing for the open general manager position. Earlier it was Mike Borgonzi who is currently the assistant general manager for the Kansas City Chiefs. Now it is Catherine Hickman who is the Cleveland Browns Assistant General Manager & Vice President of Football Operations.
Hickman has been with the Browns since June of 2022. Before that, she worked in the Philadelphia Eagles front office. She started her career as a lawyer in Quebec before joining the Montreal Alouettes as an intern.
Jonathan Jones is reporting that the Titans have also requested an interview with Buffalo Bills director of player personnel Terrance Gray. He has been with the Bills in various roles since 2017 and before that was a scout for the Minnesota Vikings for 11 years.
Brad Stainbrook is reporting the Titans also requested an interview with Browns’ assistant GM Glenn Cook. The Titans also interviewed Cook two years ago when they ultimately hired Ran Carthon. Cook has been in the Browns front office since 2016.
[UPDATE] – Stainbrook came back and said the Titans are interested in Cook but have not requested to interview him at this time.
The Titans fired Ran Carthon on Tuesday after two seasons with the team. The team compiled a 9-25 record during his two years at the helm.
