The Tennessee Titans continue to make changes within the front office. A week after the hirings of Mike Borgonzi, Dave Ziegler and Reggie McKenzie, the team has now added to their analytics staff.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Titans are hiring Scott Cohen to be their new director of football strategy.
Scott Cohen has accepted a full time role with the #Titans as Director of Football Strategy, per source. He consulted this past season with TEN and will work with both Brian Callahan and President of Football Ops Chad Brinker. Another strong veteran hire for Amy Adams Strunk.

Cohen brings plenty of NFL experience to the table and has become a staple in the analytics world. Prior to joining the Titans as an assistant to Brian Callahan in 2024, he was with the Baltimore Ravens’ front office for nine seasons, serving in multiple roles including being their director of football research from 2019 to 2023.
In this role, Cohen will continue to work with Callahan, but will also take on a larger role inside the front office working with president of football operations Chad Brinker.
The Titans have made a huge investment in their front office this offseason after two consecutive subpar seasons as they attempt to rebuild the organization. Moving forward, the focus will sit squarely on this new regime and how they rebuild a roster that went 3-14 in 2024.
