Tyler Zarzour replaces Mike Keith as the voice of the Titans.
The Tennessee Titans have hired Taylor Zarzour as their “lead broadcaster.” He replaces Mike Keith, who left earlier this offseason to be the voice of the Tennessee Volunteers. Zarzour has a pretty impressive resume in sports broadcasting. He has called college football and baseball games for ESPN since 2015.
According to Jim Wyatt, Zarzour’s duties, in addition to play-by-play on the radio, will include hosting the “Brian Callahan Show” on the radio and “Titans Football with Brian Callahan” on the television side. There was no mention of him hosting the “Official Titans Podcast” in the above-linked article. It is possible that those duties will shift to Amie Wells, who has been doing the show with Mike Keith since its inception.
It will take some time to get used to hearing someone other than Mike Keith calling Titans games on the radio, but Zarzour seems to be a really solid hire.
