There have been all kinds of reports and rumors about Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel and his future with the team. But one Titans insider offered a reality check to people who are speculating.
Taking to X on Saturday, Titans insider Paul Kuharsky pointed out that the reports on Vrabel potentially being traded are general league insiders and not Titans-specific insiders. He believes that those insiders are not best-situated to get the real information and from what he understands, Vrabel is staying.
“Virtually every report on #Titans/Vrabel has included something about what people around the league think. They are a pretty closed shop. People around the league are not the best place for TEN info. But they are the predominant source of it right now. There is a wait and see part of it we can’t avoid. I expect he remains. I think he expects to remain,” Kuharsky wrote.
Vrabel is 53-45 in six seasons with the Titans and has led the team to the playoffs three times. But this year marks his second straight losing season and there’s been endless speculation that another team might try to poach him.

Mike Vrabel is certainly one of the most respected coaches in the league without a title and is a legitimate culture-changer as a coach.
Teams like the Patriots, Raiders or Chargers that have the ready-made rosters but need a real leader at head coach might want to at least give the Titans a call about his availability.
Will Vrabel be the Titan’s coach next season?
