The Tennessee Titans entered Sunday’s matchup versus the Los Angeles Chargers with the No. 9 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft. Sunday’s Week 10 action saw several underdogs win their matchups, including the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and New England Patriots.
Following the Titans’ 27-17 loss to the Chargers, Ran Carthon’s team moved up to No. 3 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft order. The Titans could consider addressing one of various positions with a selection that high.

Starting quarterback Will Levis flashed some growth in Sunday’s return to the lineup after a three-week stint on the sideline with a shoulder injury. Levis completed 78.2 percent of his passing attempts (18-of-23), throwing two touchdowns and zero interceptions.
It was Levis’ first turnover-free game of the season, though he was lucky rookie left tackle JC Latham recovered his fumble. Despite Levis showing some improvement, he was still sacked seven times behind an offensive line that protected Mason Rudolph well in recent weeks.
Moving up to No. 3 overall could have the Titans considering drafting a quarterback if they select that high. Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward are the top two perceived prospects, but Alabama’s Jalen Milroe is once again making waves after rushing for four touchdowns in Saturday’s blowout win over LSU.
Alternatively, the Titans could consider a pass rusher after posting zero sacks against the Chargers on Sunday. Penn State’s Abdul Carter is beginning to separate himself from a very good class of rushers. Tennessee’s James Pearce Jr., Georgia’s Mykel Williams and Jalon Walker, and Texas A&M’s Nic Scourton could also earn consideration if the Titans draft a pass rusher to play opposite Harold Landry.
Trading the pick could also garner interest from Carthon. The Titans will enter the offseason with several glaring needs, including ones at EDGE, right tackle, safety, and wide receiver, in addition to the quarterback. Perhaps Carthon will address various needs by acquiring multiple selections.
