The Aldi bags are a nice touch.
The Tennessee Titans open as a 4.5-point home underdog at FanDuel Sportsbook against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals play the Dallas Cowboys tonight on Monday Night Football. My guess is the line is only at 4.5 points for the fear the Bengals could suffer a significant injury in that game because there is no scenario where the Titans are only 4.5 points worse than the Bengals.
Maybe the Titans have a slight advantage here because Brian Callahan coached with Zac Taylor the last few years. Could Callahan have some insight into tendencies that Taylor has of game day? Sure, but that isn’t going to help Callahan’s anemic offense score points or the Titans slow down Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins.
But Jimmy, the Bengals defense is terrible, you might be thinking. Well, guess whose defense is worse…the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Titans weren’t able to score a touchdown against them.
I say it every week, but you would be crazy to put any real-life money on the Titans to win or even cover.
