The Tennessee Titans are doing their final roster cuts over the next few days and one roster casualty is a former Michigan superstar being moved to season-ending injured reserve.
According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the Titans have placed second-year running back Hassan Haskins on injured reserve. He now done for the 2023 season.
Haskins was a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft after earning First-Team All-Big Ten and Second-Team All-American honors with the Wolverines the year before.
As a senior at Michigan, he rushed for 1,327 yards and 20 touchdowns. Haskins’ touchdown mark was the most by any Michigan player in nearly 120 years.

After being drafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, Hassan Haskins spent more of his rookie season on special teams than with the offense. He finished the year with 150 yards from scrimmage and 414 kickoff return yards.
We’ll have to wait until 2024 to see if Haskins is able to build off of his rookie campaign.
Will Haskins be better next season?
