The Tennessee Titans will be introducing new general manager Mike Borgonzi on Wednesday, and it will be the first time fans will hear his plan for rebuilding the franchise.
The Titans are in good shape as they start the process. They start the offseason with roughly $55 million in salary cap space available as well as the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL draft to retool the roster and improve on their dismal 3-14 record.
In fact, the guys over at Pro Football Focus (PFF) place them firmly in the top 5 in their rankings of teams with the most available assets in 2025.

The $55 million in salary cap space and top draft pick is a start, but the team may have to do more with contract restructures or roster moves to optimize their flexibility in the coming months.
The Titans likely will have to utilize every asset to improve their roster and get back on track. With holes along the offensive line, and needs at quarterback, edge, and wide receiver, there are many directions the team can take to get better.
Fans should get some insight into what to expect on Wednesday when Borgonzi has his first press availability.
