Titans add a kicker as Nick Folk is apparently dealing with an injury
Mike Garafolo reported this morning that the Tennessee Titans are signing kicker Brayden Narveson to the practice squad. His tweet says they are doing that because kicker Nick Folk is dealing with an injury:
The #Titans are signing former #Packers K Brayden Narveson to the practice squad, source says. Nick Folk is dealing with an injury, so Narveson is added to the mix ahead of Sunday’s game against the #Bengals. pic.twitter.com/adb51uM0Z0

So to recap, the Titans’ best scorer of points, Nick Folk, is dealing with an injury that has the team concerned he will miss the game on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Awesome.
Narveson was with the Titans in training camp and was pretty solid, including hitting a 46-yard field goal as time expired to give the Titans a 16-15 win over the Seattle Seahawks in the preseason. Remember the preseason when the Titans were undefeated? That was fun.
Narveson was cut by the Titans at the final roster cutdown. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers and spent the first six weeks of the season with them – including the game against the Titans where he was 3 for 3 in both field goal and extra point attempts. He made 12 of his 17 field goal attempts and all 16 extra point attempts during his time in Green Bay.
