Newly-minted Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan is going to want to move quick to fill up his coaching staff as the coaching cycle continues to spin. But he might already have a top candidate for his offensive coordinator in mind.
According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the Titans are planning to interview Jacksonville Jaguars passing game coordinator Nick Holz this Monday to fill their vacant offensive coordinator job. Holz and Callahan previously worked together with the Raiders.
“The #Titans plan to interview #Jaguars passing game coordinator Nick Holz on Monday for their offensive coordinator job, per source. Holz worked with new coach Brian Callahan with the #Raiders and is a top candidate for the OC job,” Pelissero wrote.
Holtz has over a decade of NFL experience, most of which came with the Raiders, and several more seasons in a variety of roles in college football.

Nick Holz served as offensive coordinator at UNLV in 2022 before being hired by the Jaguars this past year.
Holz and Callahan saw their paths cross in 2018 when Callahan was QBs coach under Jon Gruden. At the time, Holz was serving as the team’s offensive quality control coach.
Will Holz be the next offensive coordinator of the Tennessee Titans?
