Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis is hours away from his second career start and first appearance on Thursday Night Football.
Levis, a second-round pick out of Kentucky, enjoyed a stellar debut on Sunday, throwing for 238 yards and four touchdowns in Tennessee’ 28-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Tonight, he’ll face a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that is usually stout and features T.J. Watt, one of the top pass rushers in the NFL.
That’s a tough test for any QB, especially one in his second professional game. Still, Levis looked pretty calm walking into Acrisure Stadium earlier.

Levis’ performance in his debut was enough to earn praise from four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers.
“I’m happy for the kid, he dealt with a lot of s–t on draft day, didn’t he? He was there, showed up, didn’t get picked until the second round. Obviously, lost a lot of money. Got kinda kicked in the you-know-what from an ego standpoint. So, really happy for him,” Rodgers said on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Tonight’s game is an important one, as the Steelers (4-3) and Titans (3-4) are both trying to stay in the AFC playoff mix.
Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime Video.
